WONDERSKIN values its relationship with its retailers and strives to create policies that are mutually beneficial; therefore, all items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies. What is your return policy, and how do I return something?

While we hope that you are in love with your WONDERSKIN purchase, we do understand that you may need to return a product. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns

We will gladly accept gently-used returns up to 30 days after purchase. You will be refunded for the amount of your return, excluding shipping and handling. To qualify for a full refund of purchased product(s), your return must include any free gifts with purchase.

If you have requested a refund - once your return is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days to process the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Shade Match Promise - Wonderskin guarantee to swap your lip stain or foundation purchase until you have found your perfect shade. Customers can rest assured knowing they can have unlimited exchanges on their lip stain or foundation purchase, until they find a shade they love. Wonderskin will exchange the product for free - replacing with a new shade of the customers choice. However, the customer must cover the returns shipping costs.

One-Time Purchase vs. Auto-Ship Subscriptions

On select products, customers may have the option of choosing One-Time Purchase or Auto-Ship when adding items to cart on Wonderskin.com. When you place an order using the Auto-Ship selection, your subscription will automatically create ongoing new orders according to your delivery schedule, until you cancel. You can cancel or modify your Auto-Ship subscription at any time via email. Please note that Auto-Ship subscriptions must be cancelled or modified 24-hours in advance of subsequent shipments to avoid being charged.

Standard Ground Service

Wonderskin currently ships within the United States, U.S. Territories and Canada.
We also ship to Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay and Dominican Republic
We apologize, but Wonderskin is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside these territories.
Orders to Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay, Dominican Republic and Uruguay may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the United States. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not cover this cost.

Priority Shipping 1-2 days $9.99 in USA only
Standard Shipping to Canada is $9.99 (Inc Duty and Tax)
Standard Shipping to South America $13.99
Orders placed on Monday through Friday with standard ground service will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 12pm (EST).
Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Most ground orders to the USA are delivered within 2-7 business days from the order ship date. For Canada, this is typically 5-7 business days.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and some Canadian Provinces may take longer.
