Step 1: Sharpen
Sharpen your 1440 Longwear Eyeliner using our Cosmetic Pencil Sharpener before use to ensure the smoothest, most precise application.
Step 2: Line
Apply the eyeliner and blends as desired before the product dries down (within 30 seconds of application) for a smokey look.
Step 3: Finish
Apply Power’full Mascara from the base to the tips of the lashes, moving the wand in a zig zag motion. You can apply multiple coats to build spectacular length, volume and curl.
